This seasonal, non-smoking hotel is open from mid-May through mid-September and is on the grounds of the year-round, 105-acre Wedgewood Resort. The lodge has three floors and 157 rooms that all include private balconies, coffeemakers, hairdryers, ironing equipment and flat-panel cable TVs. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee in-room but is free in the lobby. The hotel also has a fitness room and a business center. Get a life to the airport, the train or the town with free, 24-hour shuttle service. Enjoy a meal in the hotel restaurant, sip a cocktail at the bar or coffee at the internet cafe and espresso bar. The Bear Lodge is two miles north of the center of Fairbanks and two miles northeast of the train station. The University of Alaska and the Museum of the North are about four miles away. It's six miles from Fairbanks International Airport.
