Only 15 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, in the Heart of the grand old city. Its colonial architecture, dating back to the nineteen century, has been restored and renovated to house 30 cozy rooms in the three floors.

There are rooms with queen size beds, rooms with two full size beds and rooms with one full size bed as well as two rooms for the handicapped. All rooms are equipped with color TV sets, telephones, air condition, smoke detectors, sprinkler system and mini-refrigerators. An elevator serves all guest room floors.

The Penthouse Terrace, with a spectacular view of San Juan rooftops, is the house of the restaurant "Punto de Vista". Enjoy breakfast delicious local coffee while watching the unique view while the breezes caress you gently.
