Located on Park Avenue and at the bottom of Four O'Clock ski run for easy ski-in access, Sawmill Creek Condominiums offers great value and a tremendous selection of in-town condominiums. The Snowflake Lift & the Gondola are 2 blocks away via free town shuttles. Covered parking, elevator access, on-site hot tubs and building-wide WiFi round out the building amenities. Gas bbq grill available in a common area.

All of our rental properties are privately owned condominiums, townhomes or private homes; the specific amenities available in each unit will vary slightly. Every accommodation is well equipped and includes many of the conveniences you would expect to find in your own well provisioned home. Since you are staying in a self-catering vacation property, you can go to the local grocery store and get all your favorite items you would normally like to have. Cooking your own meals and packing snacks/lunches can save time and money, especially for larger families. Most of the necessities will be provided, but in an effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible we have compiled a partial list of services and items you can expect during your stay with us. We hope this will help you to plan accordingly.

Items INCLUDED in your rental property:

  All linens such as sheets, pillow cases, winter blankets, comforters or duvet covers (when applicable).

  Flat sheets and pillows and pillow cases are provided for the sofa sleepers as well.

  Each full bathroom is stocked with 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels and 6 washcloths. Each half bathroom has 2 hand towels. Units with washer/dryers will have slightly less.

  Fully equipped kitchen unless otherwise noted. You will have all the basics needed including cookware, utensils, table settings and common appliances like stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee filters not provided).

  Dish soap, dishwasher detergent and kitchen towels.

  A welcome supply of bath soap.

  Paper products such as toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels.

  There will be a minimum of 1 humidifier per bedroom.

  There will be an iron and ironing board in each unit.

Items/Services NOT INCLUDED in your rental property (you may want to bring these yourself):

  Food products, spices, condiments and basic cooking supplies (i.e., salt or pepper, flour or sugar) are not supplied.

  We recommend that you bring specialty items such as waffle irons, garlic presses and blenders.

  Hair dryers are not provided.

  Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, ibuprofen/aspirin and any other toiletries are not included.

  For the units that have private washer/dryers we do not provide detergent.

  Housekeeping and/or towel exchanges are not provided throughout your stay. You may call our office to schedule additional services for a nominal fee.

  None of our properties have air conditioning.
