We are 15 minutes from the Performing Arts Center, American Airlines Arena, Bayside Marketplace and Downtown Miami. Our one and two-bedroom apartments have incredible views of the ocean, bay and Miami skyline from your balcony. The pool is only steps away from the beach. The lighted tennis courts are only a few of the amenities to enjoy.

Fees collected at check-in:A mandatory $40.00 + tax ($45.60 total) per accommodation, per night Resort Fee. This fee includes: in room water bottle, coffee and Tea in the lobby, 3 beach chairs, pool access, beach access, beach loungers, beach towels, fitness center access, Internet access and in-room safe.

Self-parking is available for $40.00 (includes tax), per day.

Upon check-in, guests will be required to provide a valid picture ID and a major credit card. We will charge $100 per stay for incidental charges. Unused authorizations will be released at check-out and will take 5 to 7 business days to appear back on your account, if you paid with card.
