Please note parties and loud music are not allowed in the apartments. Guests may be required to fill in a damage deposit authorisation form and show government issued photo ID on arrival. Normal check in time : 16.00-20.00 Early check-in is subject to availability and costs GBP 50. Out of hours Check in is available with prior confirmation. Arrival after 20:00 will result in an out-of-hours check-in fee of GBP 50 being applied. Arrival after 22:00 will result in an out-of-hours check-in fee of GBP 100 being applied. Parking is available it's secured on site and costs 20 per day. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
