Located only blocks from historic Old Naples, Charter Club Resort On Naples Bay sits on the corner of 10th Street South and 10th Avenue South.

Charter Club Resort is a boutique condo property all with great views of pristine Naples Bay from your private screened lanai.  Each 1,250 square foot unit has separate bedrooms, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer and living area.

In the heart of Old Naples, Charter Club Resort Of Naples Bay gives you the best of secluded relaxation, alongside exciting activities and entertainment. Stroll along Naples seven miles of sugar-white sand beaches. Enjoy the area’s array of restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and shops. Experience the area’s championship golf courses, tennis courts, boating and deep-sea fishing. The 33-unit Charter Club Resort Of Naples Bay, on the southwestern coast of Florida, is comprised of 11 three-story buildings overlooking beautiful Naples Bay and sits on the premier corner of Tenth Avenue South and Tenth Street South.

Registration Office Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Due to city occupancy and fire codes, please disclose the exact amount of guests who will be traveling on your reservation as the maximum occupancy per room is 6 guests and all children are to be considered in the maximum occupancy of 6.

Our snack bar is open with limited hours. The morning coffee in the clubhouse is not being offered at this time.

We are not doing any in-Vacation Home housekeeping services for occupied rooms.  A towel exchange is offered upon request and will be left outside the door.

We would also like to assure you that our property is closely following guidance from government and health authorities. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Self-Check In process for after office hour’s arrivals:  Our after-hours answering service will assist you to get your unit key out of the lockbox. The lockbox is located on the outside of the front of the registration office. There is a telephone to the right of it and instructions on the lockbox. Please follow the instructions by calling the phone number given.  Our after-hours service will verify your reservation and then give you a code to unlock the lockbox. Inside, you will find a welcome packet with your last name on it. The welcome packet includes a unit key, information about the resort, etc. There is also a map to assist you to your suite. The following morning, please come to the front office to finish the check-in process, as the key will deactivate by 10:00am.

Notice: Our offices close at 6:00pm and there are no team members on-site during after-hours. If you require luggage assistance, we recommend taking only what you might need for the night and luggage assistance can be provided in the morning by calling the front desk. Also, particular room location requests are limited and we assign suites based upon availability.  Please check with our front office the following morning for any requests for changes to accommodations.

Important Information:

  • Our property does not have elevators on-site.
  • A maximum of six (6) persons per unit is strictly enforced by city occupancy code and fire code.
  • Each reservation allows for one (1) vehicle on property.
  • All rooms are non-smoking and there is a no pet policy strictly enforced.
  • Infant/child equipment can be obtained by calling any local rental company.  We recommend  Twinkle Twinkle Little Store 239-262-5904 and Tiny Tikes Treasures 239.417.2742.
  • Housekeeping is limited to a check-out cleaning only.
  • A $20.00 nightly resort fee plus tax is added to your stay.
  • A $200 security deposit will be taken upon check-in and must be collected on a credit card. A government issued photo ID matching the credit card is required.

There will be a Resort Fee of $18.95 + tax (total $21.22), collected by the hotel, per night. This fee includes Wi-Fi, business center, BBQ grills, beach equipment rentals, bicycle rentals, board game rentals, coffee bar, DVD rentals, fishing rentals, local and toll-free calls, pool and hot tub access, and self-parking.

Please read: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made.
