About Collins Apartments

Collins Apartments by Design Suites Miami Beach features units with free parking, check out cleaning, Wi-Fi, 32” LCD with cable, radio with iPod docking station, kitchenette, and a dining area.  These independently owned and renovated studio apartments are situated on the best floors of the building.  The warmly colored suites offer a view of the bay, beach and partial ocean view.

The property includes an outdoor pool and sun deck, fitness center, grocery store on site, vending machines, laundry room, SPA, hair saloon, and more.

Located 5 minutes from Miami Beach, 5 minutes to La Gorce Golf Course, 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 10 minutes from the Bal Harbour Shops, and 20 minutes from Florida International University-Biscayne Bay Campus.

Please Note: There is a Resort Fee of $30.00 plus 14% tax ($34.20 total) per room, per night, to be collected at hotel. This fee includes: valet parking, WiFi, beach towels, gym access, package/mail handling and reception (up to 5 packages), and printing of incoming faxes and boarding passes.
