All reservations of 3 nights or less incur a one-time departure cleaning fee of $85. Please note this is a self-catering accommodation, there’s no daily housekeeping. All condos are equipped with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Coral Cay also provides linen and towels for max. occupancy of each condo. If you are staying more than a few days, it is recommended to stock up on food items to take full advantage of the kitchen, detergent to use you washer and dryer, extra paper towel, toilet paper and toiletries as these are not re-stocked after check-in.
