The hotel has beautifully appointed rooms on three levels, which are accessible via staircases however if you prefer a ground floor level, be sure to make your preference known when booking as there are no elevators available given the hotel is a heritage building. As the hotel is a city hotel, only some of the rooms have mountain views.
