Studio units provide a shower or tub, king bed, a partial kitchen that will include a mini fridge and microwave, and a balcony. Our 1 and 2 bedroom units will include either a shower or tub, full kitchens, queen sleeper sofas in the living area as welll as king beds in the first bedrrom or for our 2 bedroom two doubles in the second room, as well as washer and dryers.

Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Santa Rosa Beach and Henderson Beach State Park. Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park and Morgan Sports Center are also worth visiting. Our guests love the property's quiet location.
Please be advised that during this difficult time the property is adjusting its amenities and housekeeping. The fitness center will have a maximum 4 occupancy; game room is a maximum occupancy of 6; the movie theater and pools are open. The property is not doing any in-Vacation Home housekeeping services for occupied rooms. Complimentary linen exchange will be available for stays of 5 nights or more. All fresh linens and towels will be left outside of the door.
**A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at check-in for incidentals and released at the checkout, which may be paid via a major credit card or debit card**
