Guests are kindly asked to proceed directly to Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens upon arrival in Pokolbin to collect their room key and complete check-in. If arriving after 10:00pm, please contact the reception team in advance to arrange late check-in instructions. Check-out can be completed in person at Mercure reception or by placing room keys in the secure check-out box located next to Block 1 at Harrigan’s.
