Located in the Boxberg district of Heidelberg, you'll find the Hotel ISG, which has been part of the world-renowned European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Heidelberg for over 35 years. The hotel is regularly modernized without altering its familiar, traditional style. Some of our staff have been with the hotel for years and are known for their friendliness and competence, making the hotel a popular destination for scientists and visitors to the EMBL, as well as business travelers and tourists. The city center can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car or within approximately 25 minutes by public transport. A bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel. Thanks to the convenient connection to the A5 and A6 motorways, you can also reach cities such as Mannheim, Sinsheim, and Speyer without major detours. Our comfortable nonsmoking rooms differ primarily in their location and size. Some rooms offer a beautiful view of the Rhine plain and the Palatinate Forest. All of our hotel rooms are air-conditioned and feature a balcony, a telephone, a coffee and tea station with a kettle, a desk, seating, and a flat-screen cable TV. Our single and double rooms also have a small refrigerator. Thanks to the newly installed vinyl flooring, our rooms are also allergy-friendly.
