The residence consists of 3 small buildings and each apartment has a large terrace facing south. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and lift access. There is a breakfast room and those arriving by car can use the car park or covered garage parking (the latter for an additional fee). It is also possible to hire bicycles on the premises (charges apply).
