For reservations less than 7 nights a separate cleaning fee will be charged. This fee will be charged when you contact CND homes for Check-in Instructions.The cleaning fee for a three bedroom rental is $100.00 , four bedroom rentals are $150.00 . The cleaning fee should be paid directly to CND Homes. Telephone number will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
