The hotel has 120 rooms overlooking the city - Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue - as well as 29 magnificent rooms from which guests can enjoy outstanding views over the garden. It also has 11 exclusive rooms with privileged views over the pool.
Parking: $42.00 plus tax (total $44.94), per night.
Resort Fee: There is a mandatory fee of $37.00+tax (total $42.18), per room, per night up to 2 people. This includes access to our Beach Club (with 2 bottles of water on the arrival day, 2 towels and beach beds), WiFi and local phone calls; wardrobe and sleepers; safety box; coffee & tea facilities; free access to gym, spa, hot tub and pool area.
Incidental Fee: There is a $100 Incidental Fee, per room, per night is required. Incidental fee deposit is 100% refundable, if no charges applies during guests stays.
Cancellation: In case of no-show, modification or cancellation in the window penalty we will charge the first night.
