The Sebel Maroochydore is currently undergoing a full and comprehensive pool refurbishment commencing since November 2024, with a revised completion anticipated in September 2025. In addition, Building Roof Remedial works will be carried out from Mid-July 2025, impacting the Level 15 Rooftop BBQ Area and Spa until September 2025. Due to the scope of these works, the Pool Podium Facilities, and Rooftop Areas will be closed throughout the refurbishment period. Construction for both the pool and roof projects will occur Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm. Please note there may be some general construction noise during these hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our facilities. We are confident these upgrades will significantly improve your experience for future stays.
