13 business days in advance of arrival date 50 % of total cost,
6 days or less 100% of total cost

*** Cleaning fee: A mandatory cleaning fee of $95.0 + Tax will be charged to all reservations staying 5 nights or less. Reservations staying 6 nights or more will not be charged.

*** Security deposit: A nonrefundable $79.0 security deposit will be charged at registration time to all reservations.
