Bayview Plaza is small by design and is great for couples and families wanting to relax in an intimate resort. All rooms are spacious studio apartments with kitchenettes, some of which also have balconies with a full view of the bay. The fish are plentiful and often you'll find yourself staring at one of Florida's amazing creatures like the manatees and dolphins that frequent our resort. The family is very active in the day to day operations, on property daily, and has a friendly staff ready to assist you with your authentic Florida vacation. St Pete Beach is a 6-mile island and the Plaza Beach Resorts are directly in the center of the island. Everything is within walking distance: the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping are just across the street. The front desk staff is more than happy to help you find the many activities also available on the beach such as deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiing, dolphin cruises, sunset cruises and ferries available to visit the nearby islands. Best of all we are only 30 minutes from Busch Gardens and 90 minutes from Disney, Universal, and other Orlando theme parks. CHECK-IN FOR BAYVIEW PLAZA WATERFRONT RESORT IS AT THE MAIN OFFICE OF THE PLAZA BEACH HOTEL, LOCATED AT 4506 GULF BLVD, ST PETE BEACH. THE PLAZA BEACH HOTEL IS ONLY 100 YARDS, NORTH, OF THE BAYVIEW PLAZA WATERFRONT RESORT.
Important Notice:Check in and key pick up is located the front desk at Plaza Beach Hotel. The address is 4506 Gulf Blvd, St. Pete Beach, FL, 33706.
Housekeeping Policy: As part of the property's green initiatives the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping service. The hotel does provide you with a fresh clean room at check-in, and offer a Housekeeping Service Menubased on your needs. Fresh towels can be exchanged daily. These housekeeping practices have already saved hundreds of thousands of gallons of water from being contaminated with laundry detergents. Together we are all making a huge impact for tomorrow's future.

The Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort is continuously working to understand the environmental issues associated with all of the hotel operations and trying to incorporate environmentally friendly management into everyday business practices. For this reason, the property does not provide daily housekeeping services. The Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort takes this commitment to the environment seriously and towards these goals housekeeping services are scheduled according to how many nights you are staying with us.
Guests staying 1-7 nights can exchange towels, receive new trash bags and toilet paper daily for free. Please place your used towels outside your room on the chair/ fold-up table and your trash outside your room under the chair/ fold-up table. Please have towels and trash outside your room by 12:00 p.m. The housekeepers will be placing fresh towels and new trash bags on the chair/fold-up tables outside your room. If you miss this exchange time or need immediate replacement, please bring your used towels to the front office anytime between 8 am to 10pm.
Guests staying 8+ nights also enjoy the same benefits as our shorter guest stays, however, we also provide a Free Full Cleaning Service - every seventh day for stays of 8 nights or more.
The Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort is a self-catering resort; the hotel provides you with a fresh, clean room at check-in. Some guests place high importance on daily cleaning, and for that reason the property offers a Housekeeping Service Menu based on your needs.
Full Cleaning Service Includes: towel exchange, trash removal, toiletries, sweeping and mopping of the floors, sheet change, full cleaning of bathroom, full cleaning of surfaces. The fee for the service is: Studio Suite: $20 One-Bedroom Suite: $30 Two-Bedroom Suite: $40
Light Cleaning Service Includes: towel exchange, trash removal, toiletries, sweeping and mopping of the floors. (This cleaning does not include sheet change, bathroom cleaning or surface cleaning) The fee for this service is: Studio Suite: $10 One-Bedroom Suite: $20 Two-Bedroom Suite: $30
Fresh Touch Service Includes: Towel exchange, trash removal, toiletries only. The fee for this service is: All Units: $5
The washing of dishes is not included in any of our housekeeping options.
Resort Fee: There will be a $39.00 + tax ($44.07 total), per room, per night, Resort Fee collected at the property. This fee includes Hi-Speed Wireless Internet, morning coffee and an afternoon complementary beer and wine from 4-5pm in the Social Room, and pool and beach towels. One self-parking space per room, complementary Tesla and EV car charging, fitness room usage, guest computer and boarding pass printing and unlimited local calls and toll-free number access. This also allows each guest use of all three resorts and amenities.
