The Casa Santos Murteira is a Manor House from the 18th century. Located in the historic town of Alcáçovas, near Évora, a UNESCO world heritage site, was originally built to be a diligence station. It was purchase by Santos Murteira family to be there home. In 19th century they build the second floor for the family accommodation and several infra-structures around the main house to support the farming activities. This charming Alentejo Manor House is decorated with antiques and beautiful furniture, paintings and gorgeous tapestries. The Casa Santos Murteira has a very harmonious association between the original furnishings and the modern comfort, inviting to discover memories and emotions through a unique experience of living.
