You can let us know at reception so that the person in charge of cleaning can be informed. Try to keep your pet from getting on the beds, sofas, armchairs, etc. And if this is your habit, we would appreciate it if you could protect our furniture with a sheet of your own. If you want to dry or clean your pet's paws after a walk, do not use the hotel towels. Ask us for special towels. NOISE AND DISTURBANCE POLICY: In the event of noise or disturbance caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to expel the client and the pet. USE OF A LEASH: The use of a leash is mandatory in the common areas of the hotel. Pets may be left alone in the rooms only if you are in the hotel, during breakfast and meal times or using any of the facilities. Guests must have all the legally required documentation at check-in, and may be requested at any time by the hotel management. If you are staying with a guest with phobias, fears, allergies, etc., please do everything possible to ensure that your pet does not cause a nuisance.
