Valet Parking: $30.00 + tax overnight fee, per night
Housekeeping Departure Fee: A One-time mandatory departure cleaning fee applies by category of room (see below for details*):
One Bedroom: $115 + tax
Two Bedroom: $140 + tax
Three Bedroom: $165 + tax
Daily Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping services included in rate (see below for details). All are upon-request cleaning services available for an additional charge, charged per occurrence:
One Bedroom: $50.00 + tax
Two Bedroom: $65.00 + tax
Three Bedroom: $85.00 + tax
Resort Fee: There is a Resort Fee of $35.00, per room, per night plus tax. The inclusions: Unlimited Internet access, one hour bike rental, beach chairs, towels and umbrella on the beach, 2 water bottles daily, local calls, and (800) toll free calls.
Administration Fee: 14% of room rate, per night, will be collected at the time of booking.
Non- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all condos. Guest who smokes in their condo will be charge a smoking fee of $150 per occurrence.
Baggage Handling Fee: Payment of bag handling/porterage fee is the responsibility of the individual guest. As a guideline the current fee is $5.00 per person one way.
