Luxury Suites International at The Signature is 100% non-smoking and connected by a moving walkway to the resort and the Las Vegas Strip. Shuttle service is available (fee) and may be booked at time of room registration. The units offered for rental through Luxury Suites International at The Signature are hotel-condominium units owned by individuals. The rental of these units is not handled by The Signature Condominiums, LLC, which is the company that manages the shared access and amenity areas of The Signature at MGM Grand property. The Signature is not responsible for the availability of the unit for check in and does not provide housekeeping, laundry, maintenance or other services for this unit. All inquiries regarding this rental must be directed to Get A Room customer service (877-642-6799) who will contact Luxury Suites International directly for assistance… Housekeeping is provided daily by Luxury Suites International staff from 10AM - 5PM at no additional charge.
All guests are required to provide a credit card or debit card for Incidentals/Damage Deposit at check-in. Failure to provide a card to authorize will result in guest being denied access to suite and no refunds will be given.
The hotel charges a mandatory pre-paid tax inclusive resort fee of $37.00 plus tax, per night, payable at time of booking. This fee includes wireless internet, free vale parking (1 car per suite, per night), 24-hour concierge & room service, 24-hour fitness center, daily newspaper at the front desk, access to The Signature and MGM Grand pool complex and lazy river ride. As this resort fee is collected at time of booking, no resort fees will be due upon arrival at the hotel.
Only one vehicle will be permitted to valet park at Signature per suite. All other vehicles will need to self park at the MGM Grand parking structure.
