The hotel collects a refundable $100 security deposit for all guests age 25 or younger. The deposit can be paid either by cash or credit card authorization. The room will be inspected at check out and the $100 deposit refunded if there is no damage to the room. Minimum age to check into the hotel, per Florida State Law, is 18 years old.
