This complex is located in the Rincon de Loix area, a 10-minute walk from Levante Beach. Situated near the shopping and entertainment district, guests will find supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as Levante Hospital and a Social Security ambulatory. Conveniently located near a taxi rank and local bus stop, with bus and train stations approximately 3 km away. The center of Benidorm is a 5-minute drive, the theme park a 14-minute drive, and Alicante just 35 minutes away. Nearby airports include Alicante-El Altet (61 km) and Valencia (146 km). The complex features 225 terraced duplex houses, a playground, three swimming pools, a children's pool, gardens, a tennis court, and a reception office at the entrance. The fully fenced complex also benefits from CCTV and 24-hour security. Each two-story house offers two bedrooms with ceiling fans, a private bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove-oven, microwave, and kettle, and a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two. Guests can also enjoy a private backyard, accessible from the living room, complete with garden furniture and sun loungers. All apartments include a washing machine, ironing set, and optional air conditioning (available for hire). Safety deposit boxes are also available for hire.
