If we find that guest are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded. Please call 1-866-573-7678 for Spring Break Security Deposit information. If the guest cancels, downgrades, shortens or is under the age of 25 and they are inside of 30 days of arrivals they forfeit their full reservation and no refunds will be given.
There is an 8 percent plus tax Reservation Fee collected at booking. There is also a non-refundable USD 67.57 Limited Damage Waiver collected at booking.
