LOCATION & AREA INFO:

Canary Wharf with its rich industrial past and present business buzz is home to many of London’s most prestigious ad agencies and financial giants.

This kinetic London Quarter is also peppered with a respectable ensemble of riverside brasseries, trendy diners like West India Quay’s Big Easy and iconic stops such as One Canada Square Restaurant and Bar. There are many more bars and restaurants around the docks and financial sector that will be perfect to take your clients and friends for a late night meal. For those that love a bit of history, there's the London Docklands Museum that provides huge insights into the area. With all this and more, you'll soon find that Canary Wharf isn't just a home for business but also one for pleasure.

The DLR has direct lines to Bank, Stratford and London City Airport. Your nearest DLR will be South Quay, although you can also catch the Jubilee Line at Canary Wharf station as an alternative, bit longer, route.

Sleek and modern, our serviced apartments in Lincoln Plaza offer an outstanding place to stay during your business trip to London.

Guests can expect ultra-modern living spaces dressed with chic and simple furnishings in cool, clean tones. The apartments are open plan and bright; designed as a splendid place to call home. The kitchen has an elegant suite and is finished with all the fittings and features needed to make your own meals and show off your inner chef. The flat screen TV and cosy furniture are the perfect additions to help you relax after a long, arduous day. A balcony gives you an excellent view of the area, and a great place to watch the sunset. Rich wooden floors, soft spot lighting and a style-led curation of tasteful furniture completes the indulgent atmosphere.

Our timely and efficient guest services team are available 24/7 to help with any queries you may have and offer advice on the area.

HOUSE RULES: 

All the Company’s Properties are non-smoking, including all public areas of the building. No loud music or partying is allowed at any point of time in any of our apartment.
A charge will be levied for deep cleaning if this is not adhered to. In the event of an apartment not being habitable due to loss of power, loss of heating and/or water, lock problems or similar, we reserve the right to offer alternative suitable accommodation, of a similar grade and appropriate location where possible, under the existing terms and conditions. There is no parking facility available at any of our apartment. However NCP are available in walking distance from all apartments.
Early Check-in / Late Check-in & Late Check-out basis availability and on payment of extra charges in advance.
The apartment doesn't have a fixed reception.
Our standard Check-in time is 15:00-20:00 Hours.
We have multiple units in the building which are similar in size and specs.
Guests need to call us an hour prior to arrival for smooth check-in. Keys to be kept in the mailbox upon check-out.
Use of the Property for any illegal or immoral purpose or the use of any illegal substance is not permitted and will result in the booking being cancelled by the Company with no refund and you and all guests named in the booking having to depart immediately.
The number of guests permissible in the property may not exceed the number named and specified in the contract for the booking. A violation of this clause will result in a surcharge per person per night or may result in the booking being cancelled by the Company with no refund and you and all guests having to depart immediately.
The Property must only be used for the purpose of the business or holiday travel of the named guests. Under no circumstances is any other person permitted to occupy the Property under any condition. A violation of this clause will result in the booking being cancelled by the Company with no refund and you and all guests having to depart immediately. Guest's need to carry a valid ID card approved by the Government and needs to present the card used while making the payment.There is no luggage storage facility available at any of our apartment. However, if required guests may store their luggage at our office address at a nominal cost.The apartment doesn't have a fixed reception. Hence, it is mandatory to provide arrival details at least 24 hours prior to arrival to enable us to arrange a meet and greet for a smooth hassle free check in.We have multiple units in the building which are similar in size and specs. Images used are only for representation purpose and the actual apartment may vary. However, facilities and standards will remain the same.
There is a security deposit of £250 which will be charged by the property prior to check in. This is a refundable deposit which will be refunded 28 days post check out subject to no damage in the apartment.
