The Welbeck is a Victorian building on a hill. Although it is easier from Empress Drive (see map), The Welbeck is on the bottom of the most steep part of Mona Drive. There is a ramp. The parking is on-street, and usually easy to find a space for your car within 70-262 feet from the Hotel. The parking on Mona Drive is free, and unrestricted. These rooms are small, and priced accordingly, but still over the regular size of a double. The Small Double rooms do not have a sea view, but benefit from a green cliff face.
