For instance, one night one of the regular bands called The Wetbacks (where did they get that name?) was joined by a gentleman from Toronto, Canada that brought with him on stage a small box no larger that a shoebox. He said without revealing what was in the box “I’m really getting into your music and I haven’t done this in years, but can I add some soul?”. The band members for the most part ex-pat Americans, said "sure Canadian warm the soul of our cold neighbor to the north!". Lo and behold he opened up his box, and inside wrapped tightly in a handkerchief was a silver, brightly shiny, harmonica. This little harmonica rocked! This gentleman from the cold environs of Canada added surrealistic highs and lows to the rock anthems belted out by The Wetbacks. It was almost like you could smell the fur burning, it was such a memorable night.

They are well known for thier signature dinners of Sesame Seared Tuna, Garlic Mahi-Mahi, or try the Lobster dish prepared just the way you like by "Copa's" famous chefs.

Enjoy from sunrise until after midnight, food service begins at 7:00 am (for pre-arranged fishing groups 6:00 am). offering a full breakfast to a late night dinner, closing at 1:00 am. The wine cellar stocks a full selection of wine, to compliment any meal.

For your after dinner entertainment, sit and listen or dance to the frequently featured live music on the open-air terrace, closing from 1:00 am to 3:00 am. Join in on one of the open jam sessions, so remember to bring your instruments if you play. You will thoroughly enjoy the overall ambiance of the resort; it's simply just plain fun.

Take in the sports game, order food and just relax by the pool. The poolside sports bar is also another great place to hang out. Take a cool refreshing dip in our swim-up bar pool. Catch a great tan and order a refreshing drink at the same time. This is the bar to enjoy the big BBQ nights, watch the big screen satellite TV for your favorite sports game, play a game of cards or just read your favorite holiday book.
