Private pools with optional heating at additional cost, highly recommended November-April costs $35 day/$185 week. There is a non refundable damage fee of $99 collected on property and an additional $130 cleaning fee for all stays under 7 days.

Pool Heat is available and must be requested prior to arrival, for a flat rate of $185 per week, or a flat rate of $35 per night. Guest must contact the property directly after booking the reservation to request this service.
