The building has a wraparound porch, light-filled dining room and antiques from Europe and Asia. Guests can also stay in a separate two-bedroom Arts and Crafts English cottage built in 1929. The barn plays host to weddings. Rooms feature hardwood floors, Persian rugs, French armoires, Qing Dynasty wedding chests and pillowtop mattresses covered in 600-thread-count linens. Rooms all come with free bottled water, desks, safes, iPod docks, free Wi-Fi and flat-panel TVs with premium cable and Blu-ray players. All rooms have gas or wood-burning fireplaces, bathrobes and marble bathrooms with separate showers and jetted tubs for two (except accessible rooms). Several rooms have private verandas with grounds and woods views. The cottage has a kitchen and dining room. Start your morning with the elegant breakfast of scones or quiches, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice. The inn also hosts an afternoon and evening reception with nuts, fruit, crackers, cheese, beer, wine and champagne. Take a jog or walk on two miles of trails. The inn also has a cigar room, a yoga studio, spa services, a business center, concierge service, 24-hour staff availability and free parking. Pratt Place Inn is in Fayetteville, a half-mile west of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium and the western edge of the University of Arkansas campus. Bud Walton Arena is a mile southeast and the Clinton House Museum is a little over a mile southeast. Walton Arts Center is two miles east and the I-49 freeway is two miles southwest of the inn. If you're coming from Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport, the Pratt Place is 20 miles southeast.
