The Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa is one of the hotels that make up the Palladium Riviera Maya Complex. In total there are five resorts and the Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa is the hotel located in the southernmost area. It is made up exclusively of suites, which are distributed throughout 9 peaceful villas, all located very close to the sea. The peaceful, privileged setting is not an obstacle for guests to enjoy all the comfort and services of the Palladium Riviera Maya Complex, which are open to all Grand Palladium guests and accessible via the free internal transport system.
In addition, the hotel stands out due to it being very close to the unusual peaceful salt water swimming pool called “Las Rocas” which, together with the bar of the same name and the beauty of the coastline, combine to make the perfect setting for enjoying one of the most beautiful sunrises in the Mexican Caribbean or dinner in an incomparable setting. The Royal Suites guests and Palladium Travel Club members have their entrance included in their stay. Also there will be offers and special attentions towards all guests. Also, guests who purchase any of the spa treatments at Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness will be given free access to the wet areas that day.

Please note as of October 1, 2017, a mandatory Environmental Sanitation Fee issued by the Municipality of Solidaridad of the State of Quintana Roo will be imposed on all guests on a per room, per night basis. This fee will be collected at the Front Desk at the time of check-in.
- Starting October 1 through December 31, 2017: A Fee of $10 MXP (approximately $.57 USD) will be imposed per room, per night.
- As of January 1, 2018: A Fee of $20 MXP (approximately $1.13 USD) will be imposed per room, per night.
