Grand Residences Riviera Cancun is a family-oriented resort on a spectacular beach in the quaint village of Puerto Morelos in the Mexican Caribbean. Ideally situated between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, within a half hour from the Cancun International Airport, Grand Residences is a tranquil enclave protected by a coral reef and National Marine Park in the front yard and a nature reserve in the backyard. El Faro Grill: El Faro Grill offers seafood and steaks grilled to perfection and fresh flavors with a hint of the Mediterranean. Watch the chefs prepare succulent lobster, locally caught fish and shrimp, prime steaks and other delicious offerings on a charcoal grill in the show kitchen as you enjoy the spectacular ocean view Enjoy your meal in the air-conditioning dining room or on a large open-air terrace that also has a lounge area with sofas for relaxing and taking in the view. El Faro means “lighthouse” in Spanish and the name was chosen as a tribute to the leaning lighthouse in Puerto Morelos, a famous village landmark. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

BARS
The Lobby Bar: Sip a tropical cocktail or savor a fine wine, connoisseur tequila and whisky or even champagne with friends in the chic Lobby Bar. Soft mood music. A signature feature of the café-bar is the antique wooden bar dating from 1850, which is originally from the United Kingdom. Open daily until 11:30 p.m.
Heaven Beach & Snack Bar: At Grand Residences they have their own window on paradise, the beach bar, and they couldn’t think of a better name for it than Heaven! Relax. You are on Puerto Morelos time. Order your favorite cocktail or an ice-cold beer and order a snack, feel the soft sand between your toes and enjoy the view of white sand and turquoise waters. Choose your favorite spot, whether it’s a table in the sand, a sunbed or a comfy sofa to a swing or a bar stool; you won’t want to leave. Open daily.
Pool Bar: Cool cocktails, ice-cold beers and refreshing soft drinks and fruit juices are served at the wet bar and pool bar from 10 a.m. to sunset.
SPA SERVICES:
Rediscover the meaning of relaxation at the Spa, a tranquil sanctuary designed to soothe body and soul. Choose from a captivating collection of massages, facials and body wraps exclusively created for Grand Residences guests, each one carefully chosen to restore balance and harmony. The Spa is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Treatments 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
ACTIVITIES:
Be sure to visit the Activity Center during your Grand Residences vacation and check out the daily program of sports, games and arts and crafts workshops lined up for you and your family. There’s something for every interest and age group and they are a great way to make new friends. Your children will have even more fun than you do at the Kids Club and there’s a Teens Club for older children. A Rainy Day program of indoor activities is offered in the event of bad weather.
The Activity Center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the activity program includes:

Kids Club

PLEASE NOTE:
Guests’ stays crossing a Saturday night might need to change rooms. Should this be the case, Grand Residences Riviera Cancun will assist guests in order to make this an uneventful process.

- At least one of the guests registered in each suite must be over 25 years old and will be - held accountable for the rest of the suite's occupants.
- Early departure policy: No refunds will be given for any cancellation or modification made after check-in.
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
- The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
- Children 4 or older are considered adults. Standard adult fees apply.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please note that all reservations will be subject to the payment of an environmental tax (non-negotiable) known as “Green tax”, the cost of this tax will be $2.00 USD for Junior Suite and One Bedroom Master Suite and $4.00 USD for Two Bedroom Master Suite; prices are payable directly at the hotel reception at the time of check in, said tax will be registered in your consumption bill.
