Exe Bacatá 95 is a contemporary, functional, express and comfortable establishment with a wealth of facilities, yet all at an affordable price. The hotel was created to serve as an extension of the workplace for any professional on a business trip.
Exe Bacatá 95's eight floors accommodate 108 modern rooms, a restaurant, cafeteria, meeting room, gym, business centre, covered car park and Wi-Fi throughout the building.
Services:
- The Restaurant is open under prior reservation and guest request.
- Gym is open from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm.
- Pool closed until further notice.
Note:
Unless otherwise stated, the charges specified below are not included in the room rate and will be charged directly to the hotel:
- All Colombian citizen and foreigners who stay in the country for at last 60 days, must pay 19% taxes upon departure from the hotel. If a guest shares a room with someone who must pay taxes and another exempt from it, taxes are still applicable for the entire stay.
- Voluntary hotel insurance rate of COP $8000 per person, per night to be paid at the hotel in local currency. (Colombian Peso).
- Hotel informs that according to government provisions in the law of social investment for tax reform, it is established that hotel and tourims services will be VAT Exempt for all reservations with check in and check out date through December 31st, 2022. From January 1st, 2023 and on, charges will be generated for these items.
