The property's three traditionally decorated rooms feature TVs and DVD players, electric fireplaces, jetted tubs and bathrobes. Guests enjoy use of the living room, where a wood-burning fireplace brings warmth in the colder months, and enjoy a complimentary full breakfast in the dining room. The innkeepers dole out expert advice on outings and restaurants, and parking is available. In the heart of Newport, the Spring Seasons Inn is a block from the bus stop and three blocks from the water. Several eateries and shops are within a five-minute walk of the inn, as is the ferry to Block Island. Within two miles you'll find many of the famous mansions, as well as the Cliff Walk.
