On request we provide Parking Permits at just £3.50 per day which remain in force until 11:00 the following morning. This family-run guest house overlooks Devonshire Park and the International Tennis Courts, just a stone's throw from the beach and the promenade, and only a short distance from the town center. All of the rooms with attached bathroom are front facing, with some enjoying views of the rolling South Downs and the Tennis Center.
