This hotel is located in the small town of Mascota, a traditional Mexican settlement with local flavour and built in colonial style, set in the Sierra Mandra in the state of Jalisco. Guests can enjoy the delicious handmade preserves, sweets and biscuits typical of the region and there is a restaurant in the immediate vicinity. It is located 10 minutes from the centre of Mascota, 20 minutes' drive from San Sebastian, just 2 hours from Puerto Vallarta and the sea and 2.5 hours from the city of Guadalajara. The hotel is 5 minutes from the local airport.

Guests arriving by public transport should take advantage of the service leaving daily from behind the Ferreteria Amutio hardware shop on the Versalles residential estate, between Calle Havre and Calle Lisboa in Puerto Vallarta. Those arriving from Guadalajara should take the Ameca road on leaving Guadalajara, which will bring them to Puerto Vallarta via Mascota. On driving through the town, guests will see the hotel.
