This charming 16th century finca with private pool and garden is ideal for a quiet holiday in the countryside. Offers space for 10 to 11 people. The exteriors have many corners to enjoy the free time. Start the day with a refreshing bath in the 13 x 7.5 m large chlorine water pool with a water depth of 0 - 2.20 m, take a break in the sun on one of the loungers and organise a barbecue evening with friends and family. The barbecue area also offers a gas hob, a wood oven and plenty of space to prepare your favourite dishes. A large terrace invites you to have breakfast under the shade of the trees and a chill-out area is a wonderful corner for a glass of wine in the afternoon. This authentic villa is fenced and there are neighbours around. The harmoniously decorated rooms are spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, two living areas invite you to spend a few hours together, maybe at the fireplace or with the whole family watching a movie on the satellite TV. At the large dining table you will find your favourite place and in the well-equipped kitchen, with ceramic hob, nothing will be missed to cook your meals. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The house can be heated in the winter months with oil central heating. Five spacious bedrooms invite you to dream and rest. Four of them are located on the first floor, three with two single beds with wardrobe and one with double bed without closet. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with bath or shower. Baby cot and high chair or extra bed are available on request. A bathroom, with a bath tub on the ground floor, is accessible to all guests. The cottage sets on the countryside, close to the small village Búger. In the centre you will find a tiny supermarket, a restaurant and a pharmacy. More shopping facilities are in Inca and Sa Pobla.
