- For Prepaid / Guest Pay Direct to Hotel Reservations. The same credit card used to reserve the room must be present at the time of check in along with a matching, valid government issued identification.
- When booking more than 9 rooms, it is considered a group. Different policies and additional supplements may apply. The flexible cancellation policy does not apply to these reservations.
- No Pets Allowed.
- Refundable security deposit for incidentals – A minimum of $100 per night upon on check in (Max $500).
- All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking. If the credit card on your reservation is not valid or does not have the funds to cover the cost of the room; your reservation is considered a courtesy hold and may be cancelled without notice.
- Non-smoking Hotel. Smoking in your room will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
- Valet Parking Only - $45 plus Tax per night – Standard Sized Vehicles Only – SUVs and Oversized Vehicles $58 plus tax per night. No Bus Parking Available. – Unlimited In & Outs – Valid from check in (3pm) until check out time (12pm). Parking Spots are limited. First Come First Serve.
- Extra person charge is $20 (for 3rd and 4th persons) for individuals 12 years or older. Children 12 years and under stay free with accompanying adult using existing bedding.
- Maximum Length of Stay for any reservation is 28 nights. Any reservations more than 28 nights may be automatically cancelled without notice.
