It is 5 minutes’ walk to the city’s best shopping on Queen Street. All rooms include a small refrigerator, a heater and bed linen. There is also a wardrobe and work desk in each room. YMCA Hostel offers separate female and mixed dorm rooms. YMCA Auckland is only 15 minutes’ walk from The University of Auckland and Auckland University of Technology (AUT). It is a 10-minute walk to the bars, restaurants and cafes of Ponsonby.
