The property is around 2.4 miles from The Grand Majestic Theater, 2.8 miles from Country Tonite Theatre and 3.3 miles from Smoky Mountain Opry. Guests can chill out in the indoor pool. Every room has a TV, and certain units at the hotel have a mountain view. At Sunrise Ridge Resort by Diamond Resorts every room comes with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Access to the outdoor swimming pool and business center is provided to all guests of the accommodation.
At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made.
Prior to checking in:
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Check-in office hours: 7 days a week 7am - 11pm.

- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- Not all buildings have elevators.
When checking in:
- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a USD 200 security deposit and a daily USD 12.35 Resort Fee will also be required (cash not an acceptable form of deposit). The Resort Fee includes Guest Internet Access; Self-parking; Sports Equipment (shuffle board, basketball ); Barbecue equipment; Lobby Coffee Station.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
