GIADA
Italian food lovers can rejoice: This May, Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis will open her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge, or on the outdoor patio, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu will consist of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. Menu items include lemon spaghetti, chicken cacciatore, marsala herb chicken meatballs, rosemary focaccia, and lemon flatbread and vegetable Bolognese rigatoni. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.
There will also be family-style options, along with a vegan and gluten-free menu. Desserts, like the lemon ricotta cookies and sorbets, serve as the perfect ending.
Guests can watch chefs prepare fresh pasta, bread, and desserts from the open kitchen. The delightful scents of freshly baked meals are sure to entice the senses. GIADA will also feature an antipasto station, a first for Italian eateries on the Strip.
Located on The Cromwell’s second-story level, GIADA will seat 260 guests and offer a private dining room for large parties.

SHOPPING
The Cromwell’s retail shop, Curios is way beyond your average gift shop. For one, its unique Las Vegas shopping vibe feels like a 1940s train stop with its high-vaulted ceilings, leather adorned walls, newspaper-print tile and distressed wooden planks. But the merchandise is far from dated.
Curios offer an eclectic mix of the world’s hottest brands, as well as some obscure items you won’t see anywhere else on the Strip.
Here you’ll find accessories, notebooks, plates, and coasters based on Deborah Anderson’s Photography. Think Marie Antoinette meets modern times. Other popular brands include Tokyo Milk bath products, Papaya accessories and stationary, Ray Ban glasses and Nixon watches.
If you’re looking for one-of-a-kind souvenirs, Curios makes your Vegas shopping trip easy. Surprise your friends back home chess piece candles paying homage to the original “Alice in Wonderland” art. This shop also offers super-suave manly gifts, like modern-day top hats, flasks, and grooming items like gin and tonic-scented mustache wax.
Curios also carries wine, gourmet snacks, chocolate, bowties, vintage jewelry, headphones and even retro electronics – think old-school telephones and record players.
There’s even a gorgeous ornate vase that functions as a toilet brush and the world’s most chic trash bin available for sale. Some things you’ll just have to see in person.
The merchandise and atmosphere is as unique as the hotel itself.
