The MAve Hotel is pet friendly! The MAve Hotel welcomes small pets under 25 lbs, please note there is a $150 Deposit non refundable required at check-in.
Beginning May 15th, 2016 The MAve Hotel will be implementing a facility fee of $18.50 plus tax for all bookings. Included in the facility fee is WiFi, 2 bottles of water upon check-in, unlimited local calls (within NYC), daily grab-and-go breakfast and daily wine hour from 5-6pm as well as discounts at select outlets (exclusive to hotel guests).
Please note The MAve is a 100 percent non-smoking hotel. There is a 150.00 USD fee for smoking in any guest room. Additionally there is no longer Daily housekeeping services at the hotel. Fresh towels and linens are available at reception.
