Check-In Procedures
The Scottsdale Plaza is proud to announce we have remained open as an essential business as we have a duty to continute to servce our guests and provide employment to our team. We have continually lived up to our core values while cloesley monitoring CDC guidelines and government policy changes in an effort to confidently operate our business.
Our Front Desk staff is available in the main lobby area 24 hours to assist guests with check-in.
Guests and employees are advised to practice physical distancing and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Hand sanitizer stations have been placed in guest and employee entrances and high contact areas; health and hygiene reminders have been posted and protective shields have been installed at Front Desk Terminals. We respectfully request that guests exceeding capacity wait in the West lobby coridor outside in followingsafe distancing from other waiting guests. Bellman may assist guests with luggage delivery and retrrieval using contactless handling once guests have exited the vehicle, limiting contact with car handles. Valet services have been temporarily suspended.
