Reopened in April 2018 after extensive refurbishment and surrounded by a quiet garden with a terrace outdoor chess and morris, this youth hostel in the center of Bern is just a 5-minute walk from the Swiss Parliament and the Aare River. Free Wi-Fi is available. Guests can chose between rooms with private or shared bathrooms. A music box, a TV, table tennis and tabletop football can be enjoyed in the common area. A varied breakfast buffet is served every morning. Lunch and dinner buffets are available on request. The Bern Youth Hostel is just a short walk from the popular Marzilli public swimming pool on the river, and the Oktogon hammam and spa is located across the street. When booking for more than 10 people, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
