With vacation Rentals located around the attractions, experience the best of Orlando, with none of the hassles. Fully furnished, self-catering homes with kitchens and private pools, near all of the world-famous theme parks. Easy come, easy go with plenty of space. You'll have it all: Full kitchen, private pool (heating available), select from 3 to 5 bedrooms, with high speed internet and game rooms in select properties. Homes are individually furnished and feature current styling and interior décor.

Starmark Vacation Homes, Villas & Condos also offers Pool Heating (available on selected homes, needs to be request prior to arrival, at an additional cost), maid service and child care upon request as well as rentals of BBQ's, cribs, pack n play, high chairs, etc, 

For reservations for less than 6 nights, a one time cleaning fee applies. The cleaning fee varies based on size of home: 2 and 3 bedroom $70, 4 Bedroom $85 and 5 Bedroom is $105.

A Security Deposit or Property Protection Fee of $65 is mandatory. This fee protects the guest of accidental damage up to $500 in the home. Mandatory Fee. Property Protection does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning, and unintentional/incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased or any damage. You must have a valid credit card on file. The guest hereby authorizes Starmark Vacation Rentals to charge guest credit card for any intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning charges, unintentional and incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased.

Express Check-in instructions: Once you have received your confirmation from getaroom.com, you must contact Starmark Vacation Rentals at least 1 week prior to arrival and no later than 72 hours during business hours 8AM-5PM EST to register and pay for extras (cleaning fee and property protection fee).  Once registered Starmark will send check in instructions and address of home via email.  Guests go directly to the property where a lock box is used to retrieve the key.
